1. Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver fresh produce and groceries and everyday health related products to almost everywhere in the US. You can find more information about our delivery options here.
2. How do you deliver?
We offer next day and standard delivery services. The specific delivery services available depends on the products you have chosen and your delivery location. Find out more here.
3. I am having trouble placing an order
If you are having problems placing your order, please visit our contact us page and get in touch with a brief explanation of the issue experienced, and some screenshots if possible, so that we can help in resolving and/or investigating any issues that may have occurred.
4. When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday–Friday. This schedule occasionally changes around major US holidays. We aim to send your items as quickly as possible, so depending on your selected shipping method, you can expect your order to be anywhere from 1–6 business days.
5. Do You offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! Please email us at support@nurtureandbloommarket.com with your shipping address and the order you would like to place for a shipping estimate. All international orders are shipped via US Mail either Express International (3-5 days) or Priority International (6-10 days).

7. What is your return policy?
Unused or defective merchandise in original packaging with purchase receipt may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Used non- defective merchandise in not returnable.
